Do I need coaching?

Partnership

A few years ago, to get into shape, I paid for personal trainer services with an eye watering price tag. I was very hesitant and debated in my head for months, before deciding on it. By then, it felt like a necessity as I was too shy to try the gym equipment in the gym and my gym membership was going no where (very underutilized). I had no regrets. Indeed, sometimes, we cant do it all and leaving it to the professional or expert to help us, is more efficient.

I struggled with justifying the price of paying someone to talk sense to me. But having gone through the training, it is not the hours, but the output. How to make use of the least amount of time to reap the largest benefit/ positive outcome.

So back to this question - “Do I need coaching?”.

If you are stuck, or wish to take a more efficient route, yes, coaching is one of the way to find breakthrough.

Imagine this, stepping into the office at 9am for work and your brain is “on” til 6pm, spilling over to dinner, and sometimes even bedtime. For most people, work these days doesn’t end at 6pm. So do you have the time and space to declutter and redraw or map out your potential?

Leave it to the expert.
